Lynanne J. Kunkel

Lynanne J. Kunkel is the EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Vail Resorts. Prior to their current position, Kunkel served as the Vice President of Global Human Resources at Whirlpool Corporation from January 2010 to May 2017. In this role, Kunkel was responsible for a broad scope of global Human Resources accountabilities, including leading the Global Talent COE to drive Whirlpool's Global People Strategy. Kunkel also served as the Business HR Leader for both the Global Product Organization and the Asia Region. In addition, Kunkel was a member of the Global HR Leadership Team that sponsored the Global HR function transformation. This included a full redesign of the HR organization, processes, and technology worldwide to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and strategic business impact. Kunkel has extensive experience in Human Resources and has demonstrated their ability to lead and transform organizations.

Lynanne J. Kunkel has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and is currently pursuing a career in Engineering and Public Policy.
