Shiv Akumala is a seasoned technology and client success leader with extensive experience in HR, ERP, and information systems. Currently serving as Senior Director of HR and Finance Technology at Vail Resorts since March 2023, Shiv previously held a role at Rimini Street as Senior Director of Client Success, overseeing ERP service delivery in the North Americas West region. Prior roles include Director of ERP Technology Solutions at Sierra-Cedar, where responsibilities encompassed managed services for various enterprise applications, and Manager of Information Systems at Staples, focusing on Oracle and PeopleSoft systems. Shiv's educational background includes an MBA in Finance and MIS from Macons Management Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Wesley College.
