Therese Holmes

Therese Holmes is a seasoned lodging operations professional with over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Sr. Lodging Operations Manager at Vail Resorts since November 2018, Therese leads operational strategy and mentoring for department heads to enhance lodging experiences at Keystone. Previously, Therese held various roles at Vail Resorts from December 2003 to September 2018, developing expertise in guest service and team development while overseeing the growth of 18 staff members. Earlier experience includes a role as a Reservations Agent at SkiStar AB in Sweden and an independent master's study with TUI in India, where Therese focused on bridging tourism and heritage. Therese holds a Master's degree from Uppsala University.
