Lee Steele

Lee Steele is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing, sales, and donor relations within the alpine resort and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Annual Support at the Vail Valley Foundation since January 2022, Lee has successfully expanded a donor portfolio from 400 to over 850 contributors across multiple funds. Previously, Lee held various significant roles at Vail Resorts, including Field Marketing Manager, where marketing and storytelling for the Beaver Creek brand were effectively managed. Other notable positions included Manager-Brand Experience, responsible for strategic vision and branding efforts, and Group Sales Manager, focusing on enhancing guest experiences and generating revenue from group markets. Lee holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from DePauw University.
