Stephen Hobbs

Stephen Hobbs is a seasoned property valuation expert with significant experience in providing valuation advice to banks, accountants, solicitors, developers, and private clients. Currently a Partner at Vail Williams since November 2016, Stephen delivers expert witness services and has previously served as Director in the Valuation Division at Lambert Smith Hampton from March 2015 to October 2016, following its acquisition of Edward Symmons. Prior to that, Stephen was a Partner at Edward Symmons LLP from November 2010 to March 2015, specializing in property valuation for banks, private clients, and insolvency practitioners, also undertaking expert witness appointments. Stephen Hobbs is an alumnus of Liverpool John Moores University and Wolverhampton Grammar School.
