Aleksandra Wilczynska

Aleksandra Wilczynska currently serves as the Head of HR, CoE at Vaimo, where responsibilities include leading People Operations and Talent Acquisition teams globally, improving HR processes, ensuring compliance, and contributing to employer branding activities. In addition, Aleksandra is a Lecturer at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Gdańsku, teaching project management to HR professionals. Previous roles include Head of Center of Excellence at expondo, where activities centered on employee engagement and HR strategy development, and HR Manager at GOVECS GROUP, leading HR policies and organizational change initiatives. Aleksandra holds a Postgraduate Degree in Employer Branding and has a background in language and management studies.
