Serhii Chernenko

Serhii Chernenko has extensive work experience in the field of Magento Front-End development. Serhii started their career in 2014 as a Crew Foreman at URARP LTD Aircraft repairing enterprise and worked there until 2018. After that, they transitioned to the IT industry and held roles as a Front-End Developer at Foridev from 2017 to 2018, Front-End Developer at DreamCloud from 2018 to 2018, and Magento Front-End Developer at Meigee Sp.Z.o.o from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2022, Serhii worked at MageDirect | Full-Stack Team for eCommerce Projects as a Magento Front-End Developer and then moved on to Overdose. where they held the positions of Magento Tech Lead Front-End from 2021 to 2022 and Magento Front-End Developer from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they are a Magento Front-End Lead Developer at Vaimo, starting from May 2022.

Serhii Chernenko earned a Master's degree in Mounting and design of ship machines and mechanisms from Mykolayiv Polytechnic College in 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Ship power stations and equipment at Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding. Subsequently, they pursued an Engineer's degree in Design of ship power stations and equipment at the same university from 2016 to 2018. In terms of certifications, Serhii obtained an Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Commerce Front End Developer certification in June 2019 and an Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Commerce JavaScript Developer certification in June 2020. Serhii also achieved a certification as a Certified Vue.js Developer from Vue School, with the year of obtaining unspecified.
