Shikha Wadhwa is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over 15 years in various HR roles. Currently serving as Manager of Human Resources at Vaish Associates Advocates since February 2016, Shikha has established a strong background as an HR Generalist. Previous roles include Assistant Manager HR at Bestylish.com, where responsibilities encompassed recruiting across India and managing employee relations, and Deputy Manager HR positions at both Modi Group and Reliance Retail Ltd, focusing on recruitment, employee engagement, and grievance handling. Shikha began the HR career as an Executive HR at Jubilant Orgaonsys Ltd. Educational credentials include a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Human Resource from AIMA and a Commerce degree from St. Anthony Sr. Secondary School.
