Thara Elizabeth Koshy

Thara Elizabeth Koshy's work experience includes a role as an Associate People Partner at Vajro starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Almabase, where they held multiple roles including People and Culture Manager from April 2021 to December 2022, HR/People Operations from November 2020 to April 2021, and Talent Acquisition from September 2020 to November 2020. Furthermore, they served as an Intern at Hands-On Science Tournament in August 2020 and as an English Tutor at OLIVE TOUCH HEALTH CARE SERVICES LIMITED from May 2020 to September 2020. Thara also gained experience as a Psychology Intern at Hamad Medical Corporation in May 2019 and briefly worked as a Special Education Teacher at Believers School of Education in September 2018.

Thara Elizabeth Koshy attended The Army Public School in Dhaula Kuan, New Delhi, from 2008 to 2018, where they obtained their High School Diploma in the field of Humanities. Following this, they studied at Women's Christian College in Chennai from 2018 to 2021, earning a BSc degree in Psychology. In addition to their formal education, Thara also obtained certifications in Employee Engagement from LinkedIn in November 2020, and in Freshers Behavioral Research Program from Psycafe in July 2020.
