Julien Goudeau

Julien GOUDEAU has extensive experience in the real estate and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Responsable du service recouvrement at VAL TOURAINE HABITAT since June 2015, Julien oversees a team of 18 individuals responsible for managing rental debt recovery, implementing legal procedures, and handling client accounting related to housing. Previous roles at VAL TOURAINE HABITAT include Responsable du pôle encaissement et recouvrement spécifique and positions connected to litigation and recovery processes. Prior to this, Julien worked at Bouygues Telecom in various capacities, including Assistant MOA and Chargé de comptes clients, and began a career at CAPIMAT as a Collaborateur de traitement. Julien holds a BTA in Accounting obtained from LPA between 1997 and 1999.
