The founder and CEO of Bletchley Group: Growth Consultants, a boutique international strategy and transformation consultancy, Jim is an experienced board advisor, NED and leadership coach.

Jim was most recently Interim Group CEO of Future Thinking Gemseek Group, a European market insight and data analytics group. Previously, he led the transformation at Marks and Spencer, BUPA, News Corp, Scout24.ch, and DeinDeal. He launched The Guardian in America, developed a social media platform for the Sun Newspaper, led digital marketing across all of Bacardi’s global brands, and created the Bank of Scotland’s first integrated website.
