Pamela Hiestand

Pamela Hiestand has over 30 years of work experience, with a strong focus on data analysis and business intelligence. Pamela most recently worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Valant since June 2022. From 2007 to 2019, they served as a Software Engineer & Business Intelligence Specialist at Terex Corporation, where they successfully managed the data warehouse, developed reporting dashboards, and led a team of analytical professionals. Prior to that, Pamela worked as a Senior Programmer at Haggen Inc from 1999 to 2007, where they developed and maintained applications and databases in an AS400 environment, mentored team members, and identified project requirements. Pamela began their career as a Computer System Administrator at Skagit Valley Medical Center from 1994 to 1998. Throughout their various roles, Pamela has consistently demonstrated their expertise in data analysis, software development, and project management.

Pamela Hiestand holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from Skagit Valley College, which they obtained in 1996. Pamela further pursued their education and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Western Washington University in 1999.
