Viswesh Krishna

Viswesh Krishna is a Co-Founder & CTO at Valar Labs since 2021. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Research Assistant at Stanford Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (SAIL), leveraging cutting edge artificial intelligence to solve healthcare problems. In 2018, they founded Kanna, developing a patented and clinically-validated method to detect Amblyopia (Lazy Eye Disorder) in children. Viswesh was also a Research Intern at UC Santa Barbara in 2018, researching the correlation of grid cell firing fields in navigator classification using fMRI data. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Research Student at Centre for Fundamental Research and Creative Education, studying Advanced Mathematics, Engineering Physics and Computer Science. Additionally, they were an Intern at AgricxLab in 2018 and an Independent Researcher at International Meteor Organization in 2017, researching the application of machine learning models on meteor science data.

Viswesh Krishna attended National Public School from 2003 to 2019, where they earned a High School Diploma in the CBSE - Science Stream (PCMC). Viswesh then attended Stanford University from 2019 to 2023, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science.
