David MacDonald GSC has extensive experience in project management within the civil construction industry, currently serving as a Project Manager in the Civil Division at Valard Construction LP since October 2009. Previously, David held the position of General Superintendent at Flatiron Constructors Canada from April 2007 to November 2009 and worked as a Project Manager at Metro Engineering & Construction in 2000-2001. David's educational background includes a degree in Civil Engineering Technology from RRC Polytech, completed between 1971 and 1973.
