Kelly has over 25 years of experience in Construction Project Management, the last decade within the Valard Transmission Group. Kelly’s successes in executing many major project completions, coupled with his diverse and well-rounded skill set – excelling at team leadership, cost control, scheduling, resource management, stakeholder relationships, etc. – prepared him well for his current responsibilities in the role of Vice President, Project Execution.
