Kunal Soni

Kunal Soni is a seasoned project manager currently working at Valard Construction LP since October 2022, following an extensive tenure at Ledcor from May 2014 to October 2022 as a Senior Project Coordinator. In these roles, Kunal has demonstrated expertise in Industrial Oil & Gas construction management and project controls, overseeing projects valued between $1 million and $200 million, with a strong focus on budgeting, cost control, and progress monitoring. Kunal possesses a thorough understanding of construction documents, drawing specifications, and current practices. Additionally, Kunal led an initiative for a software implementation to enhance operational efficiency while adhering to PMBOK best practices. Kunal is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the Alberta School of Business, University of Alberta, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lakehead University and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering Technology from NAIT.
