That’s where Valatam comes in – our mission is to provide your business with a remote team that you can delegate parts of your operations to, enabling you to get your time back, save money and be more productive. They are a member of the Impact Hub organisation, a global social enterprise incubator reserved for the start-ups with the largest positive impact on their community. We were invited to this group in Venezuela partly thanks to our living wage salaries (we pay several times the national average and are among the companies paying the highest salaries in Venezuela). This is one of the ways we've been able to recruit - and keep - real talent, exclusively university graduates who speak at least 2 languages. We also share profits with chosen charities and conduct team-bonding sessions by volunteering at local charity events.
