Douglas Godwin

Douglas Godwin is the owner of Godwin Property Solutions since May 2017 and has been a commercial real estate appraiser at Valbridge Property Advisors since July 2013. Previous roles include serving as a commercial appraiser trainee and a real estate appraisal specialist at New Century Bank from October 2008 to July 2013, where Douglas also worked as a commercial lender. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, earned between 2003 and 2007.
