Jennifer Dewberry

Jennifer Dewberry has a diverse work experience that spans over 15 years. Jennifer currently works as the Chief Business Officer at Valbridge Property Advisors, where they focus on the Minneapolis-St. Paul, Indianapolis, Fargo, Kansas City, and St. Louis regions. Prior to this, they held the position of Client Relationship Manager at CoStar Group, where they managed a large book of commercial real estate clients and achieved strong growth metrics. Jennifer also has experience in property management and client satisfaction, having worked as a Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager at Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq. Jennifer's expertise extends to the legal field as well, as they previously served as a Compliance and Licensing Attorney at Mariners Capital, Inc. and owned their own law firm, Dewberry & Associates.

Jennifer Dewberry has a J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School and a B.A. degree in Spanish & French from Lawrence University. Jennifer has also obtained additional certifications including a Real Estate Salesperson License from the Minnesota Department of Commerce in July 2014, and a Certified Concierge certification from the National Concierge Association in January 2013.
