Birgitte has 25 years of experience in developing, transforming and executing strategy into viable implementation plans and operating models and combining them with operational excellence, lean and quality. Besides this, she has extensive experience with innovation, product development and quality management. Birgitte has 20 years of executive management experience (SVP, President) in several international companies and has as a consultant supported various pharma and industrial companies in business transformation, lean implementation, optimisation of R&D, quality/RA functions and staff functions.
