Esther Rijkeboer

Esther Rijkeboer has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Esther started their career at KPN, where they worked as an IT Business Consultant, focusing on product development and project management. Esther later transitioned to a role as a Product/Formulemanager before becoming a Proces Designer for the operations department. Esther then moved on to work at TU Delft, where they held positions such as IT Business Analyst and Manager of Demand Management, responsible for building strong relationships with internal clients and identifying their long and short-term needs. After their time at TU Delft, Esther started their own company called Work & GroW Verandercoaching, where they supported businesses in their change processes by aligning vision, governance, processes, and culture. Esther subsequently joined PostNL as an IT Manager, overseeing logistic planning and monitoring platforms, and later leading the Business Requirements team. Esther further expanded their experience at Cognizant, working as a Senior Technology Consultant in the Business of IT. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Manager of Business Technology at Valcon.
