Neal Dauber

Neal Dauber is an experienced engineer with a strong background in mechanical design and engineering across multiple companies. Currently serving as an Engineer at Valcor Engineering Corporation since October 2022, Neal previously held positions such as Senior Engineer at Essex Rise Technologies, Senior Engineer and Team Leader at PARKPLUS, and Senior Design Engineer at Permadur Industries Inc / Sissco Material Handling. Notable contributions include the design of specialized lifting equipment and the development of engineering reference systems for design efficiency. Earlier in their career, Neal served as Director of Engineering at JDV Equipment and as Chief Engineer at Electrolift, Inc., focusing on heavy-duty hoisting equipment.
