Talley Mulligan

Talley Mulligan is an accomplished academic and digital strategy expert, currently serving as an Associate Professor of Communication Arts at Valdosta State University since August 2012, and formerly as an Assistant Professor at the same institution. Talley has extensive industry experience, including the role of Director of Digital Strategy at Rubius since 2014, and previous positions such as Assistant Professor of Interactive Design at James Madison University School of Media Arts and Online Strategy & Business Development at AY Digital.
