Carmen Urbano Prada

Carmen Urbano Prada has a extensive work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Carmen started their career as a Credit Analyst at Banco Santander Central Hispano in 1992. Carmen then moved on to working at ESI as Group CFO, where they were responsible for accounting, auditing, and coordinating the business network. In 1999, they became CFO at Altran Technologies, overseeing accounting, auditing, consolidation, reporting, and implementing new IFRS. Carmen then joined Daemon Quest as CFO and Head of Legal & Corporative Strategy, leading the finance department and serving as legal counsel for multiple countries. Carmen then worked as CFO at Ilion Animation Studios GRUPO ZED, managing the finance department and acting as a legal advisor. In 2010, they took on the role of CFO & Owner at Pomo Posibilidades, S.A., focusing on payment, identification, and loyalty on mobile platforms. Finally, they became the CEO of Valdur NEXT in 2010.

Carmen Urbano Prada holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law & finance from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, which they obtained from 1985 to 1991. Prior to that, from 1983 to 1985, they attended Nuestra Señora del Pilar, where they completed COU studies in Ciencias. Carmen later pursued a Master's Degree in International Trade from CEOE Formación, graduating in 1992. In the same year, they enrolled at New York University and studied Financial Analysis, Mergers & Acquisitions, enhancing their knowledge in Financial Planning and Services. Finally, in 2008-2009, Carmen attended IESE Business School, where they obtained a Master's degree in Management.
