Adam Baker

Adam Baker has over a decade of experience in the operational sector, currently serving as Operational Readiness Superintendent at Vale since March 2013, following roles as Operational Excellence Senior Analyst, Production Supervisor, and Processing Technician within the same organization. Prior to joining Vale, Adam worked at CEDA International from October 2007 to February 2013 as an Equipment Operator and Laborer, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the industry.
