Charles Pagnutti is an accomplished asset management, maintenance, and reliability leader with extensive experience in the mining and manufacturing sectors. They began their career as a Manufacturing Engineering Coop at Celestica from 1998 to 2001, later holding various roles at Vale between 2018 and 2023, including Reliability Manager and Asset Strategy Manager. Prior to that, they served as an Industrial Engineer and Corporate Employee Empowerment Coordinator at Faurecia from 2002 to 2005. Charles holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Ryerson University and a Technician designation in Electro-Mechanical (Automation & Robotics) from Centennial College.
