Dhrumit Pandit

Dhrumit Pandit is an experienced project management professional currently serving as Project Lead at Vale since November 2022. Previously, Dhrumit worked as a Project Engineer at Mayhew Performance LTD. from June 2021 to December 2022, focusing on project management and validation of technical data for battery electric vehicles (BEV). An internship at Mazda Limited in 2018 provided Dhrumit with insights into plant functionality and production optimization through Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Dhrumit began a career in research and development as a Research Assistant Intern at IGNITE from May 2016 to July 2018. Dhrumit holds a Master of Engineering from Laurentian University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat Technological University.
