Karen Paquette

Karen Paquette is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project engineering and environmental management, currently serving as Manager of Project Engineering at Vale since May 2020. Previously, Karen held various positions at Vale, including Superintendent of Projects and Shutdowns and Senior Environmental Specialist, contributing to a diverse range of projects from 2007 to 2020. Prior to Vale, Karen worked at K. Hardy Consulting as an Environmental Coordinator and at Wardrop Engineering as an Environmental Chemist. Karen holds a Master’s of Applied Science in Chemistry from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Lakehead University.
