Matthew Felton

Matthew Felton currently serves as the Occupational Health Superintendent at Vale, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Matthew gained extensive experience at DMC Mining Services, where responsibilities included Manager and Lead roles in Occupational Health, Hygiene, and CSR from January 2020 to August 2023. Additionally, Matthew worked at Golder Associates Ltd. as an Occupational Hygiene Specialist and at Golder Associates as a Health and Safety Specialist from 2012 to 2020. Previous experience also includes serving as an Executive Committee Member at CROSH and as a Student Intern at both OHCOW and Laurentian University. Matthew holds a Master's degree in Human Kinetics and two undergraduate degrees from Laurentian University: a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Kinesiology and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Sport Psychology.
