Ricardo Miguel Pina

Ricardo Miguel Pina serves as the Head of Executive Talent Acquisition, EVP, Employer Brand, and Early Career Programs at Vale since March 2021, where leadership includes the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence and the repositioning of EVP and Employer Brand strategies. Prior to this role, Ricardo held significant positions such as Human Resources Manager at GNA - Gás Natural Açu and Senior HRBP at EY, showcasing expertise in talent acquisition and organizational transformation. Ricardo's impactful experience includes a pivotal role in the Rio 2016 Olympics, overseeing an HR strategy that scaled the workforce from 200 to 6,000 employees. An accomplished educator, Ricardo holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Human Resources Management from FGV and an Advanced Certificate in Executive Talent from Cornell University.
