Chloe Allen

Chloe Allen currently serves as Chief of Staff for GTM & Strategic Projects at Valence since April 2025. Prior to this role, Chloe worked at Impro.AI in Client Solutions & Strategy from February 2024 to April 2025. Chloe has significant experience in management consulting, having held the position of Supervisor at RSM Canada from October 2021 to February 2024, where previous roles included Senior Associate in Management Consulting focusing on Sustainability Advisory Services. Early career experience includes serving as an Associate at StrategyCorp Inc. from May 2020 to September 2021. Chloe holds a Master of Global Affairs from the University of Toronto (2018-2020) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-Law Studies from the University of Arizona (2014-2018), along with a high school diploma from the Community Hebrew Academy of Toronto (2010-2014).
