Emmanuel Noutahi, PhD has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Emmanuel is currently the Head of Platform at Valence Discovery since July 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Team Lead, Computational Design from May 2020 to June 2021, Senior Machine Learning Engineer from June 2019 to May 2020, and Machine Learning Engineer from December 2018 to May 2019, all at Valence Discovery. Before joining Valence Discovery, Emmanuel worked at Université de Montréal, where they were a Teaching Assistant from September 2014 to December 2017 and a Research Assistant from June 2014 to August 2014. Emmanuel also has research intern experience at Université de Montréal, where they worked from June 2013 to December 2013 and from June 2012 to August 2012.

Emmanuel Noutahi, PhD, has a strong educational background in computational biology. Emmanuel earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Computational Biology from the Université de Montréal, completing their studies from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biomathematics, Bioinformatics, and Computational Biology from the same institution, graduating in 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Emmanuel Noutahi also holds a certification in Machine Learning. Emmanuel obtained this certification from Coursera in August 2013.
