Véronique Bérubé, LL.B.

Véronique Bérubé, LL.B. has a diverse work experience in various industries. Véronique is currently serving as the Associate Director, Business Operations at Valence Discovery, a company focused on developing therapeutic options for diseases. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief of Staff at the same company. Before joining Valence Discovery, Véronique was the Head of Operations & Strategy at giiant pharma Inc., where they had responsibilities in legal affairs, HR, communication, and corporate strategy. Véronique also served as a Member of the Board of Directors & Secretary at Medzy, a pharmacy technology company. In addition, Véronique has experience in organizing events as part of the Sweet Pharma Day organizing committee. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Boyden, specializing in executive search. Véronique also gained legal training in labor law, commercial litigation, and real estate law through positions at Dunton Rainville, Rolland Séguin Sauvé Pellerin, and Oxford Properties. Before that, they worked as a freelance researcher and as an Editor-in-Chief and Journalist at Tc Media, where they supervised a team of journalists and oversaw content creation for print and online media outlets.

Véronique also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Université de Montréal, where they studied Études françaises (French Literature & Philosophy).
