Clay Gamble has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Clay started their career as a Field Engineer at Ambar Lone Star Fluids Services in 2003 and worked there until 2006. Clay then joined Spirit Drilling and Completion Fluids as a Technical Services Manager from 2006 to 2008. Clay gained extensive knowledge in writing drilling fluids programs, reviewing wells, and troubleshooting problem wells directly with petroleum engineers.
In 2010, Clay became a Registered Nurse at MCH and worked until 2013 before moving to Texoma Medical Center, where they served as a Registered Nurse from 2013 to 2015. Clay transitioned into the oil and gas industry in 2014 as an Operations Manager at Permian Fluids, where they stayed until 2019.
Currently, Clay is working as an Operations Manager at Valence Drilling Fluids since March 2019. With their strong technical and managerial skills, Clay has continuously demonstrated their ability to adapt and succeed in various industries.
