Courtney Demings

Courtney Demings has extensive experience in higher education, currently serving as the Coordinator of Employee Relations and Coordinator of Program Advisor at Valencia College since January 2016. Prior to this role, Courtney held positions at the University of Central Florida, where responsibilities included Coordinator I for Academic Advising Services from May 2011 to January 2016 and Graduate Assistant from August 2009 to May 2010. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Abilene Christian University (anticipated 2025), a Master of Arts in Higher Education/Student Personnel from the University of Central Florida (2010), and a Bachelor's degree in English from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (2006).
