Madi Fritts

Madi Fritts is an accomplished professional in the field of employee relations and event coordination, currently serving as a Senior Employee Relations Coordinator at Garney Construction since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Special Event Coordinator at Blue Springs Chamber of Commerce, Venue Coordinator at Union Station Kansas City, and Operations Coordinator at Starlight Theatre, where Madi initially joined as an Operations Intern. Madi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from Missouri State University, where engagement in managing events in entertainment was also pursued. Additional experience includes serving in customer service roles at Texas Roadhouse and Buffalo Wild Wings, where skills in training, multitasking, and organization were developed.
