Lisa Shrestha

Lisa Shrestha, CCP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Workforce Planning & Analytics at Valencia College, a role assumed in May 2022, where responsibilities include strategic workforce planning and analytical process development to optimize human resource capacity. Previously, Lisa was the Director of Compensation at Valencia College, managing compensation programs aligned with the college's strategic goals. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Compensation Services for Orange County Public Schools, where Lisa facilitated compensation activities to attract and retain top talent. With a background that includes positions as Compensation Analyst and Career Development Analyst at the Orange County Sheriff's Office, Lisa has a strong foundation in compensation strategies and workforce development. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, both from the University of Central Florida.
