Nicholle Trapp

Nicholle Trapp currently serves as the Director of Student Services at Valencia College, where expertise has been applied since June 2001 in various roles, including Student Services Manager and Student Services Specialist. In the current position, Nicholle leads a team of advisors supporting over 12,000 students through critical processes such as admissions and financial aid. Responsibilities include office management, student complaint resolution, enrollment strategies, and community representation. Previously, Nicholle gained valuable experience at the University of Central Florida as a Secretary and at Valencia College as a Staff Assistant. Nicholle holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Central Florida.
