Federick Gicain

Federick Gicain is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and information technology. Currently serving as an IT Support Specialist at Valens Research since February 2019, Federick has previously held positions including Technical Support Officer at Mixideo Ventures, MIS IT Technician at Gift Gate, and IT Specialist at USE Electronics. With a career starting in 2005 as a Machine Operator at CMC Magnetics Corporation in Taiwan, Federick has built a solid foundation in IT, customer support, and systems management.
