Dafna Maron

Dafna Maron has a diverse range of work experience in the human resources field. Dafna started their career as a Placement Coordinator at Hever Human Capital in 1998 before moving on to work as an HR Coordinator at Tescom LTD. In 2002, they returned to Hever Human Capital as a Placement Coordinator. From 2003 to 2010, they held multiple roles at Kodak IL LTD, including Recruitment Leader at HR HQ and Goal Setting and Appraisal Project Manager at HR HQ. Dafna then joined Bank Hapoalim as an HR Project Manager, responsible for leading and executing various HR projects. In 2011, they transitioned to Harmonic, where they worked as an HR Specialist with responsibilities that included recruitment, implementing strategic HR processes, and overall HR responsibilities. Most recently, they joined Valens as an HRBP in 2017, before being promoted to HR Manager in February 2020.

Dafna Maron completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science (cum laude) from Bar-Ilan University in the years 1997 to 2000. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a major in HR Management at The College of Management Academic Studies, which they completed in 2004.
