Hagay Franco has extensive experience in customer support and technical roles within the telecommunications industry. Since November 2013, Hagay has been engaged with Valens as a Customer Support & Field Application Engineer, delivering Tier 2 and Tier 3 support to key global customers. Prior to this, from January 2005 to July 2013, Hagay held a position at Nokia Siemens Networks as a Technical Support specialist, managing critical customer accounts and demonstrating proficiency in Ethernet, SDH/PDH, MPLS, ATM, TDM, and cellular networks including GSM and UMTS. Additionally, Hagay served as Team Leader for Senior Hardware Board Design, overseeing all design aspects from analysis to product release and developing project plans. Earlier career experience includes working as a Hardware Board Designer at Seabridge Networks from January 1996 to January 2005, where Hagay contributed to multiple projects by designing advanced telecom systems and dense network processor boards.
