Izabela Carter, PHR, has extensive experience in Human Resources and Employee Benefits, currently serving as a Consultant at Valent Group since June 2022, providing consultative HR and Benefit services. Prior to this role, Izabela was an Account Manager at E.A. Renfroe & Company, Inc., where responsibilities included being the HR Representative for various functional areas. Additional experience includes working as a Human Resources Representative at American Family Care, focusing on unemployment claims and onboarding, and as a Human Resources Specialist at Borbet Group. Izabela holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Auburn University, earned between 2010 and 2014.
