Jonathan Sprague

Jonathan Sprague is currently working as a Principal at Valent Partners since September 2022. Prior to that, Jonathan held various positions at Pariveda Solutions from May 2011 to September 2022, starting as an Associate and working his way up to Manager. He also worked as a Software Developer at McLane Advanced Technologies, focusing on the development and maintenance of the Army logistics system software SAMS-E. Jonathan's experience also includes an HR Information Systems Internship at Ochsner Clinic Foundation, where he consolidated recruiting tasks into a talent management system. Additionally, he completed an internship at the Naval Research Laboratory, conducting and compiling results of simulations of underwater oceanographic phenomena. Jonathan earned a BBA in Management Information Systems from Baylor University in 2009.
