Wilma Boevink

Wilma Boevink is an experienced professional in the fields of mental health and psychiatry, currently serving as a member of the project team for the advisory note on Mental Health at the Raad voor Volksgezondheid & Samenleving since May 2024. As the owner of HEE, a training and development organization established in February 2023, Boevink focuses on empowerment and implementation within the psychiatric and social sectors. Additionally, Boevink holds roles as a researcher at Valente and as an honorary researcher at the University Medical Center Utrecht since October 2021. With a background that includes significant positions at Maastricht UMC+, RIBW Arnhem & Veluwe Vallei, and the Trimbos-instituut, Boevink has contributed to the development of recovery programs and user research initiatives. Boevink completed academic studies at Utrecht University and Erasmus University Rotterdam, culminating in a PhD in Psychiatry and Neuropsychology from Maastricht University.
