Olive Farrell

Olive Farrell is an experienced professional in people development and talent management, currently serving as the Head of People Development and Talent Management at Valentia Partners since March 2022. Previously, Olive founded and directed a boutique career management service from January 2019 to December 2021, providing executive coaching and career management advisory services. Prior to that, Olive held positions at Accenture as a Senior Change Manager and Senior Manager, leading global transformational change programs and managing key projects in change management and regulatory compliance. Early career experience includes a role as a Management Consultant at Valentia Partners, where strategic financial assessments and management information strategies were developed for financial institutions. Olive holds multiple degrees, including a BBS from Dublin City University, a Master's in Business Studies from University College Dublin, and a CIMA in Management Accountancy and Business Strategy.
