Currently serving as the Relex Digital Transformation Project Lead at Valeo Foods Ireland, Malachí leverages advanced AI and machine learning for supply chain visibility and collaboration. Previously, as Head of Sales and Operations Planning at Valeo Foods Group, Malachí was instrumental in aligning forecasts with business goals. With extensive experience at Richmond Marketing, including roles as Head of Group Supply Chain and Supply Chain Planning, Malachí developed strategic supply chain functions and fostered high-performing teams. Additional roles include consulting for multiple companies and management positions within the FMCG sector. Malachí holds a B.Ag.Sc in Agribusiness from University College Dublin, alongside specialized training in SAP demand planning.
