Hoel Guilcher

Hoel Guilcher is an experienced professional in software management and engineering, currently serving as Product Line Global Software Manager at Valeo since January 2018, after holding the title of Senior Program Manager. Prior to this role, Hoel worked at SAGEMCOM from August 2005 to December 2017 as Senior Engineering/Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing R&D for various products in the Residential Terminals Business Unit, leading teams of 10-20 and overseeing multiple projects. Earlier experience includes a position as Software Engineer at COFRAMI from January 2004 to August 2005, focusing on embedded software development for DECT phones.
