Laurence Dayras is currently the Group R&D Human Resources Vice President at Valeo, a position held since 2023. Previously, Laurence served as HR Division Director at Valeo Limoges from 2005 to 2008 and held multiple roles within Valeo, including Management Development Manager and Talent Development Director for different business groups.
