Magali Maillard

Magali Maillard is the System & Software Quality Director at Valeo, specializing in the POWER division and POWER DRIVE Europe. They began their career in 2000 as a Software Engineer focused on suspension electronic devices and later transitioned to the Functional Validation team to automate software validation. Over the years, Magali held various quality management roles, including Software Quality Responsible and Quality Development Manager, where they implemented processes for software quality assurance and led a team towards achieving ISO26262 standards for functional safety. They have also contributed to developing training programs within the VALEO Technical Institute and actively managed system requirements using Rational DOORS. Magali holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Electronics from Polytech'Paris-UPMC.
