Olivier Samson

Olivier SAMSON is an experienced professional in industrial management with a focus on continuous improvement in the plastic injection sector. Since January 2016, Olivier has held the position of Plant Continuous Improvement Manager at Valeo, overseeing the industrial management of global plastic parts production for the thermal branch. Prior to this, Olivier managed a production unit of 150 employees at Valeo and held roles in workshop management and unit management at MGS and Hutchinson Paulstra, respectively. Olivier began in the industry at MGI Coutier, cultivating a strong foundation in production, industrialization, and quality. Olivier holds a degree in Industrial Plastics Engineering from the ISPA Institut Supérieur de Plasturgie d'Alençon, completed in 2000.
